Essential Pieces Of Your Business Plan Explained

“Those entrepreneurs that are killing it year-over-year are not doing it by flying by the seat of their pants.”

- Shelagh Cummins

I’d like to address a question that I hear far too often from entrepreneurs just getting started on their Road to Seven — and even a few who are well on their way:

“Do I *really* need a business plan?”

The answer, of course, is yes!

An effective business plan will not only give you clarity around your company and what it is that you’re growing, but will also provide a critical path to help you reach your goals — and identify when you’re drifting off-course.

But it does bring up another question: what sort of business plan should you have?

In this episode, I walk you through the two different types of business plans that every single business owner, no matter your industry or stage of growth, needs to have in place in order to grow and scale with greater ease!

Whether or not you already have a plan, you’ll want to check out this episode to learn more about your different plan options — and how each will benefit your business and keep you moving forward with intention.

Let’s get started!
